Bluetooth headset on 9951 with multiple line

Hello,

My customer is using plantronics headset on 9951.with 2 lines.

Is there a way to answer on both lines without selecting the line before answering?

Hi,

There is no such option on CUCM to alter the default behavior while answering the call when using Bluetooth headset.
