I have Cisco 4431 router having NIM-2MFT-T1/E1 will this support 2 BRI line?

If yes what is the configuration should I have to do on router and Call Manager

Hi,

BRI lines are not supported on NIM-2MFT-T1/E1. You need either NIM-2BRI-NT/TE or NIM-4BRI-NT/TE modules.

Once you have correct interface modules, you can use below BRI configuration guide:

No, this is PRI card. For BRI, you need to have NIM-2BRI or NIM-4BRI
