I don't know whether anyone else has experienced this but since upgrading my Cisco IP Communicator to version 8.6.1.0 I have had Blue Screen Error ks.sys appear when I plug my Logitech C510 webcam into my computer.
I can shut down IP Communicator and then insert the webcam ok but this did not happen with my previous version of the program.
