A little confused by your question. Unified Mobility and Extension mobility isn't in the same "family" of features in CUCM.
Most of UM and EM configuration items can be inserted with BAT and does exsist in the Excel template provided by Cisco. One exception is the creation of RD, for some unknown reason that's not in the template file, but the import text csv file can still be generated with the use of Excel and then save the tab as a csv file. To figure out the format of the RD file just manually create a RD in CUCM, and then export it to a csv file.
