I have seen this issue a number of times with version 18.104.22.16800-9 it happens typically when I want to cancel a job, I tend to ignore it, as when I force a job or cancel a job. It will echo the error message as you indicated. but it has in fact cancelled/forced the job any way.

Thank you for your response, but then I still have the problem of having the Job remain as InComplete. I am using a simple of test of update just the CSS for one found record. This will not complete even with stop and start of job processing.
