Bulk Administration Tool - Job stuck in "InComplete" status

Bulk Administration Tool in CUCM 8.6.2

Attempting to Update the Calling Search Space using either a Query or Custom File.

The job appears in Job scheduler as "InComplete".

Clicking Stop Processing or Start Processing does not resolve, job stays in "InComplete" status.

  • Logged in with Super User account
  • Activated  Services -- Cisco Administrative XML Layer (AXL) Web  Service // Cisco  Bulk Provisioning Service // Cisco Tool for  Auto-Registered Phones  Support (TAPS) Service.

  • Logged into Publisher after server was reset to run this BAT processing.
  • Running CUCM 8.6.2 on VMware
  • Any assistance on resolving this problem would be greatly appreciated.

Note -- Stopping and Starting Processing produces the following error -

Access to the requested resource has been denied.

The attempted action was a violation of security protocols and will not be allowed. Please try another action.
