Bulk change default background image in phones

I have a CUCM 8.0 with 100 phones and I want to change the background of all the phones. I know how to do it going one by one (settings, user preferences, change image) but I want to know if there is any way to change the default image in all the phones at same time. And if I can delete all images except the logo that I want to use.

Thanks a lot

David

Hi David,

The default Logo is built-into the phone firmware so it cannot be removed. There

is no native Bulk provisioning of images within CUCM so you have to look at 3rd

party software or other methods

From one of my faves, Bill Bell @ CNC;

This great doc (check Aarons post towards the bottom of the thread;

I have downloaded the program, and load one phone, but when I try to preview the image in the phone, appears the error "Unable to contact server" (It's a translation from spanish, so I don't know if the error is exactly it in teh english version).

Says that I have to verify if I'm running CUCM version 6 or higher (yes), if the phone personalization is enabled (yes), if the server is active (yes) and if the firmware is ver. 8.4.1 or higher, but I can't find the firmware version in the phone with that numbers, only a SCCP45.9-0-3S. Where can I find the firmware os verify if it's correct?
