Bulk phone migration

Hello,

I want to replace all 1K 9951 with 8865, can I use export phone all detail (for existing 9951.)

modify MAC , device type, device security protocol etc, and insert phone all details.

please suggest

Not without ensuring all other settings on the phone are applicable between the 2 models, which between these 2 models there are many differences.  So, your options are to do what you say and adjust the settings accordingly for the 88XX model (you can build one and export it and compare the headers between 88XX and 9951).  Or, you can use 3rd party application such as MigrationFX to achieve it.
