I have encountered a problem with "busy name". In our organization we have something like this
CUCM 10.5----SIP trunk----PBX1----SIPQ trunk----PBX2
So, when CUCM user is busy and some user from PBX2 make a call to this user, CUCM send standard 486 "Busy Here" message, PBX1 send 487 "Request Terminated" to PBX2 followed by INFO message (with q.931 disconnect), where busy name is not specified (nameNotAvailable), so users from PBX2 see the name of SIPQ trunk. What should I modify in 486 message from CUCM to make external PBX1 to fill this attribute with something like "User is busy"? Is it even possible?
Tried to send P-Asserted-Identity in 486 message using normalization script, nothing have changed, still nameNotAvailable.
P.S. Renaming SIPQ trunk is not an option :)
