Busy Tone Problem

Hi

We have Call Manager and a voice gateway. All configurations for having outbound call seems correct, but some times clients hear busy tone while trying to have outbound call and after few seconds every thing become normal and the can have outbound call.

How can I solve the problem?

To start, please capture a trace file of the Cisco CallManager service that includes one of the failed calls and post it here. We can take a look to start helping you troubleshoot.
