How Configure Call Waiting phone cisco 6941?

When these phone first came out they were hard coded to 2/1 (max calls/busy trigger), however with newer CUCM update and phone firmware that was changed to similar behavior to other phones, and to my recollection the max is 12 calls.

Did you get this to work by installing the device pack?
I'm running 8.5.1.16900-6 and firmware SCCP69xx.9-4-1-3SR1, but I didn't install the device pack.
Does the device pack have other code to enable this feature for 8.5.1?

No, firmware is included in the dev pack.
