Bypass Call Forwarding

Hello Everyone,

I have installed a cluster of CUCM 8.6 and registered 10 Cisco IP Phones. All the CUCM's configurations are default, no specific parameter has been alterned.

I have a situation:One IP Phone 7965 has enable Call Forward All to a Cisco IP Phone 7945, the Cisco IP Phone 7945 answeres the call and would like to transfer to the Cisco IP Phoen 7965 back, but the call is forwarded back to the Cisco IP Phone 7945.

Is there any way to bypass this loop?

There's a Service Parameter which controls this - but I can't find it right now.

Hello,

Yes, there's a Service Parameter called CFA Destination Override, must be set to true.

No wonder I couldn't find it, searching on "Forward"...
