Bypass interdigit timeout on internal calls

Have a customer that does not use a prefix number like 9 for external calls.  Anyone have a suggestion on bypassing the inter-digit timeout on internal #s since they do intially match on the [2-9]XXXXXX local 7 digit number pattern?
