C887VA Voice with SIP Server

i want to get ready the Cisco C887VA voice in our infrastructure

we want to use the Device  as cpe . The Router should register the Phonenumber on our Sip (Ser) System

the registration is working right

the Call from outside to the Router is working too

but i ca`t make a call from the Router (analog fxs ) to outside

what is wrong here?

If you can call from the outside into your phone (behind the router) just fine but not the other way, examine your NAT.  One-way-calling is normally attributed to a NAT failure.
