CAD agents disconnected with minor netowrk disruption
Does anyone know of a way to increase the resiliancy of the CAD/CSD applications in reguards to their network connectivity. iT seems that very minor network disruptions cause the server to drop all the agents at one of our sites for the slightest network slowdown or lag. No other applications that they are using have any issues, and usually the network issue isnt even enough for our routers and gateway to log anything. Is there some timeout setting we can adjust to make this thing happier?
I don't believe that you have to change the timeouts, but I recommend you follow the recommended QoS policys for ICM/IPCC, this may help you a little with your trouble.
