Call Accounting Software recommendations

We are currently searching for a Call Accounting software package to work with Call Manager 8.0. We have seen demo's from ISI Infortel, VX Tracker, and SynAps. Has anyone had sucess with any of these solutions and can give a recommendation.

We use CallRex by Telrex.  It works pretty well.

I appreciate everyone's recommendations, but we narrowed the choice down to the 3 systems I mentioned in the initial post and was hoping to get some feedback on those solutions.

We use Syn-apps for Call accounting as well as our the corporate directory and paging using the speaker on the IP Phones.  We are running 7.1.5 but i would imagine it is the same with 8.x CUCM. 

The Syn-apps product works well and is easy to setup.  Also I have found the support to be good.  Have yet to have a bad experience calling Syn-apps.  Most of our issues were related to paging through the phone and Multicast configs on some of our switches.

I don't deal directly with the reporting itself but rather just the implementation.  Can't speak to how well it compares to the other products you mentioned.
