Call answered on Remote Destination does not log on Cisco phone

Hi!

Our customer encountered the following problem:
They have a Cisco phone and configured a RDP with a RD.
When they accept a call on the RD instead of the Cisco phone, this call doesn't appear in the phone's call log.
It seems like the Record Call Log from Shared Line setting on CUCM should be responsible for this (since the line is shared between Cisco phone and RDP), but this setting makes no impact on this problem.

I tested this in our the lab, there was no such problem there and the Record Call Log from Shared Line setting worked as it expected.
However, the phone version in the lab (14-1-1-0001-136) was lower than customer's (14-2-1-001-14) and I updated the lab phone to version 14-2-1-001-14 for the sake of purity of the experiment.
The same problem arose in the lab as the customer has.
I thought it was a bug in the phone software and tried updating the lab phone to the latest version 14-3-1-0001-60. The problem remained.
I decided to downgrade to the original version 14-1-1-0001-136, the problem still remains!
I've reset the phone, made a new device on CUCM, the problem is still in place.

In the phone logs I can see the following records when the call is logged on the phone:

JAVA-callagent MQThread|cip.callagent.Call:? - callInfo(): callChanged=true isCallLogInfo=true

And these records when it isn't:

JAVA-callagent MQThread|cip.callagent.Call:? - callInfo(): callChanged=true isCallLogInfo=false

But I can't figure out what influences the isCallLogInfo parameter.

Maybe someone has encountered this before?
