Hi,
I would like to ask anyone set up before call back softkey on CP - 8841 model.
I managed to set and has the call back button when ringing out. But when I press on the call back button is does not have any effect or show anything.
I need your help.

Is this an internal DN you're calling?
And what CUCM/CME version is this??

Yes. It is internal DN calling to each other.
My CUCM System version: 11.0.1.21900-10.
I tried on CP - 7942 (SCCP) and it works fine.
But on CP-8841 (SIP) it have problem.

Hi,
I manage to get an answer for TAC engineer. It is because the CUCM version 11.0.1.21900-10.
It need to upgrade to CUCM version 11.0.1.21900-11.
It is a bug.
