Hi Friends,
I need to integrate some 3rd party software for call billing and voice mail features . It is basically JDS used in hospitallity industry.
I asked them the prerequisites to be configured in the CUCM . I am usnig CUCM 8.0. They defined the details as followed.
PMS link via SOAP interface
Could any body tell me how to enable SOAP interface in CUCM and how to do SMDR via FTP CDR file.

API specific questions are better asked at developer.cisco.com
Note, your billing application vendor must have specific support for Cisco CUCM already. if they don't have it, it is a lot of work to add it.

Hi,
regarding billing, it is necessary to enable the CDR generating - in Service Parameters choose certain server and then Call Manager as a service. Search for CDR Enable Flag and change it to True.
Then you have to have already working FTP server and at CUCM you need to fill the config part where you specify:
This part is available at Serviceability menu: Tools -> CDR Managment.
Also, I'd be happy if you can kindly take a look to our billing solution. Maybe you wouldn't give so much effort to the deployment.
