Call can´t be placed from CUCM with 7942 to PBX with SIP Trunk

I have configured CUCM 8.6 with some 7942 IP Phones and a SIP trunk with PBX. PBX´s phones can call 7942. when i make a call from 7942 to PBX´s Phones i have received ring back but when the user pick up the phone there isn´t audio. any idea to fix the issue?.
