call conference with CME

I have configured a CCME for one of my company customer and they want to join call conference via a SIP server, but they can't. 

So I want to know what I got to do for make it possible.

What is the call flow you need??

I need to reach a call conference, with this code for example:

To open the External Bridge call: 1 203-248-1290
then enter access code : 4004908#
enter chairperson pass: 1820#

I can reach the external bridge but I can't reach an access code prompt.
