Hi All,
I tried to install the CiscoTSP and test the call contact on outlook. It works fine for all local calls but not work for IDD call. When dialing IDD call such as +44207xxxxxxx, it always show "The call cannot be completed as dialed". However, I have already setup the dialing rules (prefix for access an outside line for long-distnace calls). It seems the dialing rule can not distinguish it is a IDD call.
Could anyone give me some idea?

There is a bug that addresses the problem with the same error message.Check CSCeg10450

Hi, I read through that Bug CSCeg10450 it doesn't seem to be related to the TSP Outlook integration to CCM.
Could someone please assist us with this as I have the same problem.

It seems that you have to set up Outlook correctly first, in order to have it dial IDD correctly. To dial Netherlands, for instance, click the "Phone" or "Fax" button, or whatever, and tell it what country this number is in. It will add +31 for Netherlands, and should display on the bottom how the number will be dialed. Adjust as needed to send the correct digits to CCM.
