Call Data from CUCM - Reports

Hi All,

 

My customer would like to get a report out of CUCM with details like :

a) total calls inbound/outboud. 

b) Total calls to a specific number. 

c) Total calls to a hunt pilot number. 

 

Is this possible to get without using any 3rd party tool but just with the CDR. 

Has anyone implemented this? would you mind sharing the details on how i can get this done.

CDR/CAR reports are canned reports, they cannot be modified, I'd suggest you spend some time reviewing the built-in reports from CDR/CAR and present what is available to your customer to determine whether they fit their needs or not.

 

If they want more/different information in the reports, they need a 3rd party billing tool with custom reports.
