Hi All,
My customer would like to get a report out of CUCM with details like :
a) total calls inbound/outboud.
b) Total calls to a specific number.
c) Total calls to a hunt pilot number.
Is this possible to get without using any 3rd party tool but just with the CDR.
Has anyone implemented this? would you mind sharing the details on how i can get this done.
