Call directories do not display number.

We recently migrated from a CUCM 4.1 to 5.1.  When on the 4.1 cluster incoming calls did not include calling-name, just number.  This number would appear in our call directories and we would be able to use the 'dial' and 'editdial' features to call these people back.

Now when we receive a call, we see only the caller name in the call directories and cannot use the dial or editdial softkeys to return the call.  We know that both calling-name and calling-number are being presented to the phone.  When an incoming call rings the phone we see the calling number at the bottom of the display along with the name.

Is there a way to get the calling-number into the call directories on the phone?

The phone is running P00308001000, the CallManager is running v5.1.3

I've resolved the situation. There were characters in the called number that the phone couldn't display in the directories menu (a '+' character).
