Want you understand your problem. If you call internally extension 1001, you get busy tone in calling phone. But you call same extension from PSTN, you get ring for some secs and then reorder tone. Is my understanding is correct.

In debug I see the called party number is XX703976. Is this numbering is correct. In CUCM are you translating XX703976 to 1001.Can check and confirm if  you provided right debug.

hi Avinash Mohod

XX703976 number is disapeared but mobile phone to XX703976 calling and ringing continue at 15seconds

Hello,

It seems that the service provider disconnects the calls, could we please get some clarification from the service provider why do they disconnect the call as the disconnect cause code is normal.

Seems like a service provider issue to me.

Hope this helps.

Hello,

So, you must  to understand the call flow.

Phone -> CUCM -> Gateway -> PSTN -> Called Party

The final disconnection point is provided by your telco, and it can send the disconnect late, but your channel sould be avaliable.

best regards.
