Hi,
Call manager V4.1(3) with 2821 MGCP gateways. Inbound calls from 30 Channel BT bearer fail intermittently. The internal IPT handset rings once and the call disconnects.
BT say that there are no issues with the circuit?.
No issues are experienced with outbound calls.
No IP routing problems are apparent between gateway and Call manager etc.
Any ideas on how best to troubleshoot would be appreciated.

Does it allow your to pickup the call via handset or it disconnects even before that, sounds like a codec issue.

The call is never answered. It disconnects after one ring. It is intermittent though.

can you post a debug of the call?

Not an easy one to catch as it is intermittent.
Are you suggesting a Debug ISN Q931 from the VGateway or a Call manager trace?.

debug isdn q931 will give us disconnect cuase id.
