Hi, Anyone knows If we can configure UCM 8.5 in a way that active calls are dropped once a new call comes from a specific number/extension? Thx in advance Ihssan Alibouch

Hi.

Give a look to this doc.

There you should find the solution.

I am afraid there is no way to do that. Why would you want to drop active calls, that will not go down well to the users on the call...What is the reason behind such request?

You can potentially do this with MLPP- http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucm/admin/8_6_1/ccmfeat/fsgd-861-cm/fsmlpp.pdf

Usually it's used for dropping active calls to allow emergency calls to numbers like 911 once all external lines are used up.
