Call dropped when conferencing with user using VPN & CIP
I need your advise. I have problem with conferencing for any user using Cisco IP communicator (Softphone) and connecting over VPN. So whenever anybody from the office tried to conference with these remote users using aoftphone, the call dropped for these remote users. We are leaving the codec G.711 fro everybody in all locations. Why do you think we have this issue ??
