Hello all,

anyone know of any software that can help create visual representations (preferably in Visio)  of call flows both inbound and outbound down to the phone, route pattern, route list, etc. level?

Hi Scott

If you are looking for the detailed reporting of CUCM, you can get it from some 3rd party softwares. The one I have used in the past was Uplinx. But there wont be any kind of graphical presentations. But have detailed info on all the configuration.
