I am having issues with CFWDALL and interdigit timeout. I do not dial an access code to get to the PSTN. When a user hits the Call forward all button and tries to enter an internal extension the forward doesn't complete untill you waith 10 seconds which is what the timer is set to. Anyone come across this or any ideas to fix it

Do you have overlapping in your dial plan?

You need to check your dial plan since it looks like there is some kind of overlaping.
An easy way to check this out is to search on the CUCM at the "Route Plan Report" the internal extension and check the result (more that one means that there is overlapping).
