Call Forward All is not working

one user enable CFA on his extension 2725 ( DID 207 885 2725 ) to mobile number 207 329 4879 as a 81 207 329 4879. When someone is calling only 2725 it is not working but when calling 885 2725 or 207 885 2725 in that scenario CFA to his mobile is working now

Is DID 207 885 2728 a typo?

Do I understand correctly then that internal calls to the extension do not call forward off net correctly, but external calls to the DID do forward off net correctly?

Are the internal users in the same site as the user who is forwarding their phone?

Would it be possible for you to confirm the Route Pattern in use to foward the call, as well as the PSTN gateway the call is attempting to go out of? Could also maybe pull call signaling logs from the CUCM and Gateway to review?

sry , yes it was typo 207 885 2725 is correct one

that issue is only happening for two users and it is not working internally. it is working for other user .all the users are in same site

Grabbing logs would be helpful.  Could you grab logs off of CUCM and compare between working and non-working calls?

From Real Time Monitoring Tool (RTMT) collect the CallManager traces from all nodes.

Download TranslatorX to review your logs, as it's really the best tool for high level log reviewing.  Notepad++ is great for detailed analysis however.

Below is the DNA form her extension to her Mobile number:

NOTE: The analysis results are purely based on configurations available in the Cisco Communications Manager database. For Gateway outbound calls, call details might differ depending on the Gateway's settings.

This would be good to see if the CFA policy was set to Activating Line/Device, but not if there is a specific CSS set on the DN for call forwarding. Is there?

if calling from internal number can not be forwarded but calling from external number can, perhaps your telco doesn't accept your internal number so they reject the call. If it it the root cause, do some translation for the calling number in forwarding case.

Please try to compare the calling number in the voicegateway debug log.
