I saw that several people had problem with a QSIG connection between CCM and a PABX.
I have the same problem, i.e when I call from an Alcatel phone to a Cisco Phone through a QSIG link, if the Cisco IP Phone has a CFA configured to an another IP Phone, I get a busy tone.
If the CFA is configured to an external phone, it works fine.
Has anyone found a solution?
It was a misconfiguration of the QSIG Variant between the Cisco and Alcatel. Change to ECMA and now it's OK.
where do I need to do this change? is this a service parameter.
