I have just added some phones in Call Manager 6.1.1 and when I press the CallFwdAll button to select an extension to forward to, it says "call can not be dialed" after putting in the first digit of the extension. I added these phones like all the other phones in call manager and have never had this message.

Check the call forward all calling search space in CUCM admin.

Assign a valid CSS (that allows you to dial the extension or PSTN number) on the CSS field of the Call Forward All option on the DN configuration page.

In the CSS under Forward All I changed it to the CSS that all the phones are in and it works now.
