Call Forward and Account Codes

One of my offices uses call accounting codes for all long distance calls. The codes are setup by the provider (Sprint) and the usual proceedure is when the call is routed to the office's long distance PRI, a beep is heard, and you enter in your 4 digit account number to proceed. When a user at this office does a Call Forward All from their desk phone, the phone begins the call forward state after the 12 digits (7 for the outside, 1 for LD, area code and number) and the access code can't be entered. What's the best way to correct this? I've thought about having the end user use the CCMUSER page to enter their forwarded number in. Can a pause be inserted in either the CCMUSER page or on the administration page?

You could add the pause via an H.323 Gateway. If you want it before you dial out to PSTN you can use "," (comma) in the dial-peer destination pattern. This is the only way it can be done to add a pause in the dialing, on CUCM you cannot do that.

Combined with a forward CSS and a special route pattern in separate partition that routes to the H.323 gatway it may be possible to achieve something with that option?

bvantrun, thanks for the response... Unfortunately, the gateway in that office MGCP.
