Hi
Is there a way of producing a report that shows current call foward busy no answer destinations? We have a high turnover of staff and numbers are reallocated so old diverts are still in place.

No, if you search CSC you can find some qrys you can run on CLI to get this, or you can simply export the info from the lines with BAT and look at it that way.

I did see Bill's post on SQL queries but I dont know how to manipluate the CFWd All query for CFWd busy /no answer.
