Call forward, incoming form external number (PSTN)

Hi , Expert.

I have some problem with call forward from external call number.

Extention 104040

DID 02180666098 

Forward to 082114477574

External number 089653605228

1. I call 104040 form internal forward to 082114477574

2. I call 104040 form external 089653605228 cannot forward to 082114477573.

Please advice me guys.

Collect the debugs from the gateway and see what exactly is the redirecting number being sent to TELCO. Check if it is the correct redirecting number which TELCO is expecting or not.

Also Check the field on the gateway page. Redirecting Diversion Header Delivery - Outbound

Set the correct External Phone number mask which is in the range.
