Call forward information

Hello,

I have CUCM 9.1 with H.323 gateway connected by BRI ports to external provider.

Scenario:

1. User A (cell phone) calls user B (Cisco IP Phone)

2. User B forward all calls to user C (cell phone)

3. Call is established between User A and User C but User C sees calling number of user B. What should I do to user C sees calling number of user A?

Any idea?

H.323 Gateway, "Call Routing Information - Outbound Calls" -> "Calling Party Selection" -> "Last Redirect Number (External)"

Could you please set the Calling Party Selection to "Originator" and check?

also you would need to check the "Redirecting Number IE Delivery - Outbound" box as your provider may look for the valid DID number for a outbound call setup message.

in case if the calls still not working, please collect the debug isdn q931 for a test call and attach the output here.

the call is rejected by the provider as Calling Party Number i = 0x1181, '0504504504' is not their DID number. If we include their number "897897897" as a Redirecting Number in the setup message sent out, then i hope they will accept the call.

Please add the commend "isdn outgoing ie redirecting-number" under BRI interface BRI0/1/0.

You can collect the debug isdn q931 once again after issuing the above command to verify whether the redirecting number is sent out or not.

have you configured the 'External Phone number mask' under DN configuration? if yes, then you may try configuring the "Redirecting Party Transformation CSS" to translate the internal number to DID number
