Call Forward No Answer/Busy

Hello,

 

I need to configure No Answer. Busy for a phone to ring to 3 different phones in CUCM instead of just one number.  Can someone tell me the best way to go about this?

Send the call to a line group.

It was already mentioned, but you would specify the phone number for a Hunt Pilot in the forwarding section of the original phone's Directory Number, and make sure the CSS on the Directory Number page, to the right of where you type in the phone number, can reach the partition of your Hunt Pilot.

 

If you've never configured a Hunt Pilot before, you actually do it in reverse order:

 

  1. Create a Line Group and Assign Members (set to Broadcast)
  2. Create a Hunt List and associate the Line Group
  3. Create a Hunt Pilot and associate the Hunt List
