I have a customer who wants users to administer there own call forward on busy etc. I have seen a utility for this but it seems only for CCM 4. I have ccm5.1

You can configure all Call Forward settings from the CCMuser page in Ver 5.x

Many thanks. I had a look at this but only seem to be able to do speed dials do we need to add the users to a user group etc.
