How do Extn Mobility users configure call forward unregistered? It isn't visible on Self Care Portal. Is there an alternative? Don't like the idea of MLA.

I know, this one is an old one, but we also have the problems, that in the IExplorer the Menu on the left is not visible. We have the CUCM Version 11. With other browsers I have a Workaround, but how can I Use this with the IE?

Cheers Deepak, that helps chkraemer, but I don't think there is a 'fix' for my original post. Call Forward Unregistered has been removed from ccmuser page on later CUCMs:(

Yes you are correct that the option is not there in the later versions of CM i.e., 10.x onwards. In fact, below defect was also being filed for this thing since lot of customers were looking for this functionality to come back.

You can add this bug to your list and wait for a new version to release such as 11.5 or 12 and see if they fix it as the Bug is still in an Open state. In case, you definitely want to know if it will get fixed in the later releases you can probably check with TAC for a definite answer.
