Call forward query

We need to do the call transfer from US DID to INDIA number by doing FAC BYpass.

is it allowed in INDIA or not.

I think it is not allowed as it will be a forward from US DID to an extension in India; what is allowed is a call made to US DID and is answered by contact centre agent in India.
