Hello everybody,
I have a problem with our UC520. I set a call forward on my company phone to my mobile phone. When I call my company number I forward to my mobile phone but my mobile phone show the wrong telephone number. I can not see my own number but I see our company central number +49 01234 / 11111 0.
Can I change this configuration with the CCA?

Hi,
this is a normal behavior in germany.
you have to call your isp and ask them to activate clip no screening in pri interfaces.

is that only a configuration change at the isp? I have called with the isp and he give me an information that we must activate also on our uc520?
EDIT:
Or is this feature enabled at default?

Hi,
this is an Feature set on Provider set only. We can't configure that in CUCM / CME etc..
