Call Forward to SpeedDial (Button) / Navigation Button

Our Customer would like to have the possibility to Call Forward with the SpeedDial (AbbrDial) on 88XX / 78XX phones.

On that specific cases the user hasn't Jabber. They only use Hardphone 8845 / no possibility to add modules without change the phone. There are also more than 9 Speed Dial that should be available (ELM doens't help).

Findings:

The interresting thing is:

1. In an active call we have the possibility to Call Transfer > then AbbrDial to choose a Code/index from the AbbrDial list (unfortunatelly you can see the AbbrDial List, you have to know it ;) ) .

2. With call forward, you press call forward all > choose one SD Button > forward is done, perfect (work as espected).

3. With call forward, you press call forward all > the AbbrDial is grayed out. With that we have just the possibility to input a number or choose one from the history with the navigation pad.

4. When you make a new call.. you can just press the navigation pad down > it will pull up the speed dial list / with AbbrDial codes/index > choose one from the list > Dial .

Thinking about:

Is there a possibility to make a call forward with. Call forward all > then press navigation pad down > it should pull the speed dial list > then should be able to choose the number from the speed dial list.

Questions :

Is there a good user friendly way to make call forward using the AbbrDial / Speeddial (without hardbutton) , or maybe add speeddial as a service?

I found similar questions / problems but no solution for that problem:
