Call Forward Unregistered scenario:
Centralized CUCM and PSTN PRI trunks.
Customer would like to take advantage of Call Forward Unregistered (CFUR) to allow a remote branch phone to be accessible while in SRST mode.
The remote branch has 2 analog FXO lines.
Scenario:
- Unregistered phone is dialled and call is sent out PRI to configured analog line phone number on the remote sites FXO port.
- If that analog line is busy, I would like the call to be sent across an ICT to a Contact Center cluster.
Is there a way anyone can think of to allow the next route group to be chosen in the route list if the PRI receives a busy signal from the analog line?
