Call Forwarded back to SIP trunk has no audio both ways

When CFwdALL is set up on our internal phone to an external number,all incoming calls to this internal phone will be automatically forwarded to the selected external number. The external number will wring, but after answer the call, there is no audio both ways. All other types of calls work fine. Please help...

Thanks for helping.

I made two test call and ran the Debug respectively. Automatic Call forward to 0210378955 is setup on 09 3027393.

Test Call is from 02102598760 to 09 3027393, so it was forwarded to 0210378955 , it ringed, but no audio both ways after answer.

Please make a test call, share the calling/called numbers, once the call connected share the output of the following:

If i apply supplementary-service sip moved-temporarily , the call can not be connected. So i ran the test without applying this command.

Test Call is from 02102598760 to 09 3027393. Automatic forwarding to 0210378955 was set on 09 3027393 , so the call was forwarded to 0210378955 . It ringed, but no audio both ways after answer.

Waiting for you ccsip debugs, meanwhile, this typically sounds like either a routing/connectivity issue or failing to negotiate codec. I am guessing the first.

Your debug information should contain SDP's with connecting IP addresses for the RTP media stream, check that info and verify connectivity,
