We have a user that is calling the front desk(4400) internally from their extension (4411) and would like for the ladies at the front to transfer him to another person's ext(4123). But he runs into an issue when the person at 4123 does not answer, instead of leaving a voicemail he would like the option to be forwarded back to the front desk (4400). Is this possible?
You'd need to buy and deploy CUACA in order to get transfer recall and have those calls back to the operator if there's no answer.
