Hi,
I am facing issue with the call forwarding . Calls forwarded to national PSTN or mobile numbers disconnect after 10-15 seconds if unanswered by the destination. Can anybody know if there is any timer configuration in call manager , where we can set to increase the number of rings for the call forwarded number ?
Regards
Mathew

You can go to "service parameters" and then select "Call Manager" , click on the advanced button.
Find the parameter called "Redirection Ring No Answer Reversion Timer:" and increase the value to a higher value.
You may have to restart the call manager service after tweaking this parameter, you can always test it without restarting the service though.
hope this helps, if it does, please rate!
cheers

Hi ,
Can you please confirm what should be the timer value ? Currently it is configuired as
Clusterwide Parameters (Feature - Redirection [3xx])
Redirection Ring No Answer Reversion Timer Required Field 24
Maximum Redirection Count Required Field 70
Which is same for my other working customer.

Bump it up to say 36 will approximately allow 3 more rings, and test out.
cheers
