Call forwarding issue

I have a user stating their ext is forwarded to a cell number but when I look in call manager the Forward All field is blank.  The user is saying the phone display doesn’t show the phone as forwarded either but when you call the ext it goes to the other number.  Apparently it was forwarded at one time but shouldn’t be anymore.  I tried calling from my desk phone and it went through internally ok but when I called from my cell phone it forwarded to the other number.  Any suggestions?  Thanks-

I had a similar problem a couple of times where a DN setting just did not want to take affect. Can't remember if it was call forward or not. I deleted the Directory Number, re-added it (and reassigned it to the phone), and all was well. Worth a shot.
