Call Forwarding not working in CME

Hi Everyone,

Setup:

  • We are running CME on a 2951 device
  • CME is version: 15.4(3)M2, RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc2)

Problem:

  • Users normally set a call forward on their physical phones via the phone interface
  • This works fine, and calls are forwarded to their mobiles (or wherever they set) without issue
  • However for one User, the deskphone continues to ring without forwarding to mobile

Troubleshooting Done:

  • I have asked the User to log into a different phone, however this problem still persists
  • I have also checked the User's configuration in comparion to another User whose call forwarding is working fine, and everything seems to be the same

Does anyone have some idea what might be causing this?

How the phones are configured, are they using EM ? Or is it just normal phones

Thanks for the reply, the phones are hardcoded with a DN and we are not using Extension Mobility.
