Call forwarding over inter cluster trunk is not working

Hello All,

I have 2 CUCM clusters.

Cluster A and Cluster B, and there is an inter cluster trunk between these two clusters.

Problem: Calling from cluster A ip phone (Ext Num > 1006) to cluster B ip phone (Ext Num > 555) call is working fine, but call forward all to 555 is not working (meaning 1006 & 787 are registered to Cluster A, and call forward all is enabled on 787 to 555) I am facing one-way audio issues.

Call Forwarding Audio Issue: 1006 can hear 555, but 555 cannot hear 1006.

What should I be looking at to fix this problem.

One way audio is typically caused by routing and or firewall issues/misconfigurations or omissions.

so if you have oneway audio between A and B where B can hear A, but A cannot hear B, that means that the RTP stream from A to b is not established.First thing you do is see if phone A can ping phone B, is to do a ping between subnets. if it ping then at least your routing works so look at a FW next.

Check the Audio path between two Phone and look for any firewall. Most Probably it will be network issue.
